VOSÉRA Foundation — STEM Sisters

STEM Sisters is VOSÉRA's initiative to close the gender gap in science, technology, engineering, and math by giving girls early, hands-on exposure to STEM fields and the support to stick with them. Many girls lose interest in STEM by middle school — not from lack of ability, but from lack of encouragement and access. STEM Sisters exists to change that.

Our programs focus on:

• Hands-on labs & workshops — coding, robotics, and science experiments led by female STEM professionals
• Career mentorship — pairing girls with women engineers, scientists, and tech leaders for ongoing guidance
• Scholarship pipeline — funding for STEM camps, competitions, and college-prep coursework
• Peer community — study groups and project teams so girls build STEM confidence alongside each other, not alone

STEM Sisters and Girls Outreach work hand in hand: Girls Outreach builds the foundation of confidence and support, and STEM Sisters channels that into a concrete career path.
